I was looking for a recipe from a 2007 issue that I thought I had thrown out. To my pleasure I found the issue here at home so didn't need the index. The index is a wonderful resource though, and I am very grateful that you have it!!!

I can't bring up your annual recipes. I keep getting "Can't find acrobat window handler". What's that and how do I get it. I have other acrobat stuff. Thanks - A.R. banjo419@yahoo.com

I tried to open the 2006 index and when it finally came up it was nothing but gibberish. It actually looked like it was encrypted. Is there something wrong with this part of the site? I received no error messages either. Thanks - Cathy B cathycornsoup@aol.com

A lot of the problems I see here are due to a not current version of Adobe reader. You can update for free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Sometimes Mac computers have a problem with adobe files also. Good Luck I like the index....helps me find the recipe I can't locate

Don't you have a search engine for a reciepe? I can't figure out how to use this....It would be a lot easier if I could just type in what I'm looking for.

I want to cook a particular food, how do I find it as a member? What I see is just mentions of past issues, which does not tell me the food I want to cook.

Upon going to recipes, I find indexes, not just a way to get a particular recipe. If we want any recipe, I would sugget going to Chef2Chef.com and use their site. It's a wonderful website for us professional chefs and the homemaker cooks.

I have found this a great index. I especially like that you have a "Cumulative Index" so I don't have to go through each year if I'm looking for a particular recipe. (I don't have most of the issues myself.) I appreciate your search also, although sometimes one has to be quite creative in order to find the actual recipe for which one is looking! So far I've been able to find them. However, some of the photos are missing and only show up as a box with a red "x" in the corner. I'd appreciate that being updated so the photo would actually appear. Thanks!

What a disappointment! I just got a call from your customer service rep, who said I could find recipes on this website. These indexes from before 2009 do me no good, since I joined just in January. You should convert the magazine recipe history into online recipes. Then, it would be useful.

I can't believe that in 2009, we must send a written request to get a recipe which will then be mailed....... All the recipes should be available on the magazine website

I was hoping to be able to search for recipes for a specific type of meat and am a bit disappointed that you can't locate recipes except by magazine edition.

You have a wonderful database for recipes and it seems that you have listened to previous comments and included a search engine to find a particular recipe. However, I am extremely disappointed as a new member, that you include the issue and page number where you can find the recipe, but have no access to the recipe itself. Since I pay dues to have access to this website, I should have access to the recipes from this website. I have never in my life been to a website that has recipes -- that does not give you access to those recipes. And I don't even have to pay for access to those websites or to get their recipes. What an extreme disappointment!!!!!

To: Katheros Blaine, WA I would love to know how you found your way into the actual recipe through the cumulative index. So far, all I can find is magazine issues, years, and page numbers -- with no access to the recipe at all :(( Thanks for any help you can provide me, as I am extremely frustrated by this website and the lack of abiity to access any recipes that apparently are in their magazines. Dear members: We're sorry for the confusion this page has caused. These indexes are meant to be an aid for those who'd like a printable cumulative index to archive with their issues. Most of the recipes listed in the indexes are available online. Just type the name into the recipe search engine in the upper right-hand side of the page and it should pop up in the results box. We understand that it's frustrating to see a recipe listed and not have it available online, which is why we've uploaded the majority of the recipes from Cooking Club magazine to the Club website. If you can't find a recipe you're looking for, please feel free to email editors@cookingclub.com with the request.

Lots of negatives here. Need to redesign this area with an effective search engine and an auto-link to adobereader. When I find a sight like this, without a proper search engine, I generally just ignore the sight. I will not waste time trying to scour magazine issues just to see if you have a recipe. My cookbook has 1,500 recipes and its own search engine. My kids don't have to think of where Dad put the recipe.

Hi, I'm new to your magazine, I was looking for a certain recipe and I was taken to a page where you had to go through all the magazines by the years...wouldn't it be easier just to have a general recipe search ??? You type in the name of the recipe you want and your site takes you to it, if you have it. Just a thought.. Thanks!!
