I like the turkey recipe. I always seem to over cook my turkey and the breast ends up dry. So I will be following the recipe on page 31 very closely.

I made the chocolate super chunk cookies...ABSOLUTELY THE WORST chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever tried. I threw them right in the trash bin! I do a lot of baking and this is the time of year that I begin to get requests for the up coming holiday baking season for my recipes in the years past that people have come to love & enjoy. I wouldn't ever make anyone eat these!

I loved the section on squash. I'll most likely try them all. The provolone-pancetta stuffed chicken with balsamic sauce was wonderful. This issue was full of recipes that I will make over and over again

Maybe I could comment, if I would receive the issue, along with the other free items I was promised and haven't received. After reading the other comments, apparently I'm not the only one.

I made the Chianti Beef Stew, although I made a few adjustments--I was struggling with cutting the beef so I decided to put everything in the crockpot and cooked on low for 6-8hours. The beef melted in your mouth I will make this again with my adjustments.

I made the Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin and it was a HIT! My youngest son, does not like pork products (with the execption of bacon on occassion). He ate more than half of the tenderloin. WOW! This is definately an addition to our regular menu. The pork loin was very tender and use of whole cranberry sauce made all the difference. Thank you Mike.

I can't wait to do this turkey for Thanksgiving! Since I don't eat meat, I always love to try new pasta & veggie dishes.

My mother was up visiting and I had just received my magazine! We went through it and decided to make the Pumpkin Rice Pudding. Excellent taste and easy to make. My mother thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be trying out the Capuccino Snickerdoodle recipe for Christmas, and of course the Chocolate Super Chunky cookies.

I made the sweet and spicy ginger cookies, they were good and my wife liked them. I am going to make the pumpkin-pecan cookies next.

I made the cappacino snickerdoodles. they were very easy to make, very tasty, produced a nice yield although I ate most of them myself! Could use a little more coffee flavor though, i might make them next time with a higher percentage of coffee ingredient or substitute the coffee with espresso.
