3. Why have I received a renewal notice when my membership is still valid?
We don't want you to miss a single issue of the Club magazine! Members often tell us they appreciate being reminded in advance because they forget to renew. And our magazine production schedules mean we're always working ahead, so quite frankly, we appreciate knowing in advance if you're if you're going to renew.
To ensure you don't miss a single issue we send out friendly reminders several months in advance of your actual expiration. (Remember, your membership started the day we received your order, whether you paid at that time or we sent you an invoice.)
If you're not ready to take advantage of the special early offers, just disregard them.
