Staub Cast-Iron Frying Pan
MSRP: $140

Online Rating: (8.5/10)

Sauté away with the new 12-inch cast-iron frying pan from Staub. Its cast-iron side handle provides support when lifting; the enameled cooking surface doesn’t require seasoning and won’t react with acidic foods.

PROS
No seasoning required, same concept as dutch ovens, I like that.

CONS
Will the handle stand up to the heat, not necessarily in oven use but just from stovetop use?

OVERALL
Looks like a great pan. I love my cast iron dutch oven so I'd love to try this one.
