THE INSTRUCTOR - MARY EVANS

Mary Evans is a frequent contributor to Cooking Club magazine and has hosted our member participation classes in past years. You'll get the same wonderful instruction, spectacular menu and tips in all 11 class locations. Mary inspires members to reach new levels of culinary achievements.

Mary established "The Write Cook," which features a wide variety of food and travel-related services, including culinary tours, cooking classes, articles and cookbooks. A former cooking school director and confirmed Francophile, she enjoys sharing her passion for food and France with others through teaching and travel.

Take your culinary skills to new heights!
A wonderful menu is being planned for the class. You, along with fellow members and guests, will prepare the entire menu in teams. This way you have a chance to experience – hands on – the attributes of recipes and gain valuable knowledge and skill in preparation that you can take home with you. All recipes will be provided to you at the class, and you can jot notes or helpful hints that you learn throughout the class on class handouts. Enjoy a custom apron and tote filled with sponsor goodies to take home, as well.

Members Only – but one guest per member is allowed.
This is a members-only event. However, we know there are times when you, as a member, want to bring a family member or friend along who might not be a member of the Cooking Club of America….at least not yet.!  Members are welcome to invite one additional non-member guest for the same cost.

Enjoy what you create!
In addition to learning the intricacies of a wonderful menu, you and your fellow members will sit down and enjoy what you've created! Relax with the new friends that you've made and enjoy a glass of wine with your meal. It really is a wonderful cap to a great learning experience. Bon appétit!
