Whats the difference between the two? How would a person make apple cider and what regular kitchen equipment would be used? thanks, granna

Fresh cider is raw apple juice that has not gone thru any filtration process to remove course particals of pulp or sediment. To make your own you will need to run the apples thru a food processer and then press the apples through a cloth.
