it moist. example: butterflied bone breast of turkey

I have wrapped whole pork tenderlion and beef tenderloin steaks with bacon to keep them moist and for the extra flavor. I'm thinking that if you put bacon in the stuffing you'll want to cook it some before putting it in or you could end up with raw bacon.

what I meant by wrapping it is in foil.
this is what I was thinking that I butterfly the meat lay
in the stuffing and roll and tie the meat. Now I wrap it with "wax" paper and then tin foil to keep the meat moist
now cooking it on the Grill ( I have both Gas and Charcoal)
Nomally I use indirect heat

You will be able to cook the meat that way. I have cooked potatoes on the grill by wrapping in foil.

You could check out www.reynoldspkg.com - this is (I hope the site for Reynolds wrap) --- they have a lot of recipes by scrolling around their site. And many have meats and complete dishes, veggies, etc. wrapped in their foil.

Thanks I have cooked the stuffed boneless turkey breast wrapped in foil. It came out very juicy. Now next question
if I continue to stuff Poulty and wrap it how long do I cook it 20 minutes to a pound. I am trying to experiment to get to a baked boneless butterflied turkey breast stuffed then butterflied chicken breast stuffing and bacon rolled and tied
This I am calling a "turken"
