Used a new marinade recipe to make London Broil and it was yummy.  Thought I'd post it here for everybody.

London Broil Marinade

1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

Combine.  Pour over meat and let marinate for 4-6 hours.  ( I left it marinade in the fridge overnight so it was quite a bit longer)
