I just joined the Club and have fixed two recipes: Garlic-Lime Chicken Drumettes and Greek Barley Salad with Feta. They're both wonderful! My husband hates spinach and had no idea I put almost 3 cups of it in the barley salad. It was so creamy, he thought is was avocados! Thanks for bringing me healthy (and sneaky) ways to incorporate more veggies into our diet. —Amy Cox
